Journaling has been shown to help overcome feelings of powerlessness, confusion, and anxiety. Journaling with others will help lower feelings of loneliness, invisibility, worry, and isolation. During this workshop you’ll write to prompts related to the current pandemic. You’ll be invited to share some of your writing with the group if you choose. We will create a safe space to share our experiences related to this extraordinary time.
This is not a therapy group, but rather a way to practice journaling as a proven source of stress-relief. No previous journaling experience is necessary.
